Share Your Story

Sharing our personal stories of recovery and hope can be one powerful way to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness. Telling our stories helps us, as individuals and families, when we are dealing with the challenges related to serious illness in the family. It can also be personally empowering and therapeutic for the storyteller. Share your story and a photo with NAMI Albuquerque, and we may feature it on our web site and/or in an upcoming issue of our Challenger Newsletter!
